มหาวิทยาลัยหลายแห่งในนอร์เวย์ได้เปิดรับสมัครนักศึกษาต่างชาติ รวมถึงนักศึกษาไทย สำหรับปีการศึกษา 2569 ที่จะถึงนี้ แม้ว่านอร์เวย์จะเริ่มเก็บค่าเล่าเรียนจากนักศึกษานอกเขตเศรษฐกิจยุโรปแล้ว แต่ยังคงมีทุนการศึกษาจำนวนมากที่พร้อมสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด โดยกำหนดการรับสมัครหลักสำหรับนักศึกษาไทยจะสิ้นสุดในวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2568 นี้
นับเป็นข่าวดีสำหรับนักศึกษาไทยที่ใฝ่ฝันจะศึกษาต่อในแถบสแกนดิเนเวีย เนื่องจากมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำในประเทศนอร์เวย์ เช่น University of Oslo, University of Bergen, และ UiT The Arctic University of Norway ได้เปิดรับสมัครนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทและเอกสำหรับภาคการศึกษาฤดูใบไม้ร่วง ปี 2569 (เริ่มต้นเดือนสิงหาคม 2569) โดยมีทุนการศึกษาจากทั้งภาครัฐและมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อช่วยเหลือนักศึกษาต่างชาติที่มีศักยภาพ
แม้ว่านโยบายเรียนฟรีสำหรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติจะสิ้นสุดลงในปี 2566 แต่นอร์เวย์ยังคงมุ่งมั่นที่จะดึงดูดผู้มีความสามารถจากทั่วโลก โดยได้จัดสรรทุนการศึกษาเพื่อครอบคลุมค่าเล่าเรียนที่เพิ่งประกาศใช้ รวมถึงมีเงินสนับสนุนค่าครองชีพรายเดือนให้ในบางทุน ผู้สมัครจะต้องผ่านเกณฑ์การรับเข้าศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยก่อนจึงจะมีสิทธิ์ได้รับการพิจารณาทุน
สำหรับนักศึกษาไทยที่สนใจสมัครจะต้องดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางรับสมัครออนไลน์ของแต่ละมหาวิทยาลัยโดยตรง ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่มีกำหนดการที่ใกล้เคียงกัน คือ เปิดรับสมัครในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม และจะปิดรับสมัครในวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2568 ดังนั้น ผู้ที่สนใจควรเร่งเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็น เช่น ผลการเรียน, ผลคะแนนสอบวัดระดับภาษาอังกฤษ (IELTS/TOEFL), และเอกสารแนะนำตัว (SOP) ให้พร้อมโดยเร็วที่สุด

December 1 Deadline Looms for Thai Students Eyeing Fully Funded Scholarships in Norway for 2026
Several universities in Norway have opened applications for international students, including those from Thailand, for the 2026 academic year. Despite the recent introduction of tuition fees for non-EU/EEA students, numerous scholarships are available to cover all costs. The main application deadline for Thai students is December 1, 2025.
In welcome news for Thai students dreaming of studying in Scandinavia, leading Norwegian universities such as the University of Oslo, University of Bergen, and UiT The Arctic University of Norway are now accepting applications for Master’s and PhD programs for the autumn 2026 semester (starting August 2026). Various scholarships, offered by both the government and the universities themselves, are available to support talented international students.
Although the universal free tuition policy for international students ended in 2023, Norway remains committed to attracting global talent. It has established scholarship schemes to cover the newly implemented tuition fees, with some grants also providing a stipend for living expenses. Applicants must first meet the university’s admission requirements to be considered for these scholarships.
Interested Thai students must apply directly through each university’s online application portal. Most institutions share a similar timeline, opening applications in October and closing them on December 1, 2025. Therefore, prospective applicants are urged to prepare necessary documents, such as academic transcripts, English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL), and a Statement of Purpose (SOP), as soon as possible.
